This workspace needs its own Echo OS invitation and account. Your ChatGPT or administrator sign-in does not create one, and those credentials do not work here.
- Ask your Echo OS workflow operator for an invitation to the email address you will use for reports.
- Open the invitation email and follow its setup link. If the link is missing, expired, or opens the wrong page, ask your operator to resolve it before trying again.
- Choose your password on the setup screen, then enroll and verify your authenticator. Never send your password or authenticator code to anyone.
- Use the report link supplied by your operator. Account activation and permission to view a particular report are separate.
Reports remain labelled drafts until the required review and decision steps are complete. Signing in or reading a draft does not record owner acceptance.
